The Sonatina Op.79 for clarinet and bass clarinet was composed in 2003 by Austrian composer Wolfgang Gabriel (1930-).

This challenging and dramatic three movement work, with a duration of about 18 minutes, would make an excellent recital piece for the college or professional duo.
